Collective Architecture/Bridge Investment Group Willow Oaks Repositioning

The scope of work spanned across two buildings. In the first building, 8260 Willow Oaks, efforts consisted of restroom renovations and corridor renovations on the third, fifth, sixth, and eighth floors. In the second building, 8280 Willow Oaks, key updates included renovation of the first floor lobby, sixth floor restroom renovations, and creation of the “Treehouse” on the eighth floor. The Treehouse includes conference and collaboration spaces, indoor and outdoor lounges, a mother’s room, and recreational activities. GPI’s design included installation of new linear diffusers in the collaboration area, carefully coordinated with wood panel ceiling baffles. New Variable Air Volume ceiling diffusers were also implemented to ensure individual control of both small and large conference rooms. Additional GPI design features included upgraded lighting and controls for interior collaboration areas and the exterior terrace, as well as new lighting and plumbing associated with the new wellness room and unisex restroom.

The Willow Oaks Corporate Drive renovation projects received the 2024 James M Scott Exceptional Design Honor Award and the 2024 Gold NanaAwards Best Commercial Project.
