GPI provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and civil engineering services for the conversion of an existing three-story school into one-bedroom apartments.
The Roosevelt lofts now feature modern apartment units between 675 – 850 sq ft, for a total 24,000 sqft. Engineering services included conceptual design, design development, and construction documentation. GPI also provided a topographic survey of the property and developed a site lighting plan.
Designs gave each unit a kitchen, living room, office area, bedroom and bathroom.
