GPI’s work on the 37,000 sqft Five Guys headquarters showcases the seamless integration of innovative engineering and architectural vision. Situated on the fifth floor in Alexandria, VA, the headquarters features a thoughtfully designed environment that balances functionality with aesthetic appeal.
From a welcoming reception area and café to private offices, training spaces, wellness rooms, and collaboration zones, every aspect of the headquarters was designed with flexibility and efficiency in mind. GPI provided engineering design services for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, ensuring seamless integration with the overall design. Critical infrastructure, including a VAV mechanical system and supplemental AC units for server rooms, was implemented without compromising aesthetics. GPI helped to create workspaces that inspire creativity and productivity by delivering cutting-edge solutions tailored to architectural vision.
