The office features a reception area, conference rooms, collaboration space, an executive office, private offices, open workstations, a breakroom, a catering area, a phone room, and other office support areas. GPI designed an exhaust fan with an in-line thermostat specified to help circulate air through the Local Area Network (LAN) room. The scope also included design for the installation of 2×2 LED light fixtures controlled by wall dimming occupancy sensors in private offices and rows of recessed linear LEDs grouped into four areas controlled by ceiling occupancy sensors in the open areas. Emergency lights and exit signs are powered by the building’s existing generator.
