GPI provided engineering consulting services to design the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for the 14,000 sqft, award-winning, confidential health care association office, currently under review for WELL Certification.
The office features a reception area, pantries, huddle rooms, conference rooms, a LAN room, open work areas, private offices, and other office support areas. GPI included the design of a new roof deck patio with exterior lighting, electrical fans, and heaters.
The project received the 2024 CREW DC Project Impact – Deal Making Award and 2024 IIDA Non-Profit/Association Premiere Design Award.
