Since 2011, GPI has assisted Benco with multiple dental office projects involving new constructions or significant renovations in various locations. The facilities typically range from 1,500 to 9,000 square feet, with one or two stories, comprising operatories, waiting areas, labs, and office support spaces.
GPI’s role in these projects includes providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and fire protection engineering design services related to the site and building systems for each facility. Project locations span Sugarland and Garland, TX; Aspen, CO; Cockeysville, MD; Charlotte, NC; Dover, DE; and various places throughout NY and PA. Additionally, GPI has contributed design services for Benco’s showrooms in Pittston, PA, and Dallas, TX.
