GPI provided the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design for the new conference facility at 8444 Westpark Drive.
This beautiful new space includes a Monumental Markets lounge, a kitchenette, conference rooms for training, and a vestibule that includes collaboration space for tenants. The space was designed with new LED lighting, floor devices, and VAV boxes.
GPI also provided engineering design for Spec Suites on the fifth and eighth floors, fourth floor white box, and for tenants Sullivan, Bruyette, Speros & Blayney, and Mass Mutual.
