Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. Acquires DesignTech, Inc.
Rockville, MD – March 3, 2025 – Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI), a leading engineering and construction services firm, is pleased to announce the acquisition of DesignTech, Inc., a Maryland-based company specializing in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems design.
DesignTech, established in 2000, has built a reputation for providing quality design and progressive solutions to its clients. With a commitment to establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, DesignTech offers engineering support to ensure the success and productivity of its clients’ businesses and facilities. Their expertise also complements and expands GPI’s experience in the design of spaces for mission-critical operations such as data centers, communication buildings, television stations, private and government enterprises, and manufacturing facilities.
