Q & A

What has been your greatest achievement or your proudest moment while working at GPI?

My most outstanding achievement and proudest moment has to be growing the Geospatial Branch and advancing career opportunities for our staff, fostering a culture based on teamwork, respect, empathy, and active listening.

Which strategic objective resonates with you the most?

GPI’s Seven Strategic Objectives are brilliant, but the one that resonates the most is our number one – Employee Satisfaction. It is a powerful message to our staff: we will do anything to help you succeed by extending growth opportunities, above-industry wages and benefits, advanced tools, and a collaborative environment.

Who or what inspires you?

It has to be my mother; she’s a gentle soul who cares for her family, loves her children endlessly, and feels guilty whenever someone gives her a gift.
