Q & A
Who or what inspires you?
My Dad who passed away in 2021. He came from the inner streets of Philadelphia with nothing and earned his doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania. He was a scientist for a chemical company and has over 50 US patents in his name. We did not have a close father-son relationship, but he inspired me because of his work ethic and dedication to his trade. He was reliable, detailed, reasonable, and focused and provided a lot of value to the two companies he worked for over his entire career.
Which strategic objective resonates with you the most?
Employee Satisfaction for sure. We are a consulting business and our product is only as good as the people we have on our team. We need to put our employees in a position to succeed with training, interesting projects, efficient processes and interesting opportunities to help them achieve their full potential. We spend a lot of time and energy on creating the best atmosphere possible to allow our most important assets to do their best work.
What's your favorite holiday?
Thanksgiving, as it is a time to be with family and friends and take some time to reflect on all that I am thankful for. It is awesome to share traditions with the family and develop new ones as the kids grow older. I love that time of year as the holiday season is starting and another year of hard work and success is nearing completion.
