Q & A
Which strategic objective resonates with you the most?
Throughout my career, I have always tried to create an inviting work atmosphere through team building and incentives. I want motivated staff who enjoy their work (and coworkers) and love their workplace. Working for a company that makes Employee Satisfaction their top priority aligns with my personal beliefs.
What’s the best piece of advice you’re received?
The best advice I have received is that my reaction to a situation has the power to actually change it. This line of thinking aligns well with my favorite quote, which is that life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it. Our reactions to difficult times often dictate the outcome.
What's your favorite holiday?
My favorite holiday is Thanksgiving. It is strictly about spending time with family and giving thanks for all of our blessings…and food and football of course!
