GPI provided civil engineering and survey services for the preparation of a land development plan on a 4.04-acre parcel for a new 19,000 sqft Dave & Busters – the first in the Lackawanna/Luzerne County region in Pennsylvania. The new location, situated within the Shoppes at Montage Mountain, is just down the road from GPI Scranton’s office.
Utilizing extensive project experience with the Shoppes at Montage Mountain, our familiarity with the site’s infrastructure allowed for seamless utility coordination and construction efforts. The project’s survey services included an American Land Title Association (ALTA) land Survey, while the scope of work encompassed surveying, engineering, and construction administration services.
