FOX Architects Biotechnology Innovation Organization

GPI’s engineering expertise for the design of Biotechnology Innovation Organization’s 64,000 sqft headquarters demonstrates the balance between technical precision and architectural sophistication.

Spanning the twelfth and thirteenth floors, the office is connected by an interconnecting stairway, fostering a sense of cohesion and collaboration. Designed for adaptability, the space supports focused work and dynamic interaction, all within a thoughtfully engineered environment.

The 27,000 sqft twelfth floor features functional and social spaces, including conference and huddle rooms, a café, a coffee lounge, private offices, a war room, phone rooms, a terrace, wellness areas, and flexible workspaces. The thirteenth floor, occupying 37,000 sqft, houses a reception area, member lounge, breakout zones, hoteling areas, an innovation and ideation space, and a conference center with a dividable partition.

GPI delivered mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design while navigating structural complexities such as low ceilings and numerous existing obstructions. Through strategic design and seamless system integration, GPI’s efforts supported a workplace that values advancement, connectivity, and optimization.
