UESI, a wholly owned subsidiary of GPI, collaborated with Martin County Public Works on a project to replace docks at Manatee Pocket dinghy docks.
The comprehensive scope of work included the removal of 200 feet of the existing timber boardwalk, necessitating the extraction of all timber and concrete-filled composite pilings. The UESI team took charge of the operations, conducting the work from a 40’x80’ barge system equipped with a crane and supported by a push boat. The team proceeded to rebuild two timber fixed piers and drove steel pipe piles for the installation of the new floating docks. The final phase involved the meticulous installation of concrete floating docks and three aluminum gangways to bring the project to completion.
Executed successfully and with a strong emphasis on safety, the project left the client thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the exceptional final product delivered by UESI.
