Gensler Architects Chemonics Corporate Interior

GPI provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering consulting services for the interiors of the new Chemonics Headquarters. Chemonics is the sole tenant of a brand new 300,000 sqft, 12-story building in “The Yard”, developed by Brookfield Properties. The new Headquarters consolidated four DC area locations and features an interconnecting staircase between the first and second floor. The second floor is dedicated to various meeting and conference spaces, including a 300 multi-purpose room with dedicated AC units. In addition, the project features a Data Center and 10 IDF rooms with dedicated UPS and redundant AC units.
