Q & A

What do you like or appreciate most about working at GPI?

I love that we all take our work very seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We pride ourselves on providing some of the best professional services in the industry, but we like to have fun while doing it. That really makes GPI a great place to work.

Which strategic objective resonates with you the most?

I am passionate about all seven of our strategic objectives, and certainly, Employee Satisfaction as number one defines us every day. But I really appreciate that continued growth is a part of the seven. It is exciting to be a part of a company that is growth-oriented. Because of this, I have been given immense opportunities to advance professionally throughout my tenure at GPI. It is also satisfying for our staff to be a part of a growing company, continually challenging ourselves to think bigger and providing more opportunities for others.

Why did you choose this career?

I chose civil engineering because of the impact the work has on communities. I love the idea of public service and the positive impact we can make on others. Engineering projects also provide many opportunities to overcome challenges and solve complex problems, which motivates me.
